How I Decorate: Dressered to Perfection

Some of my favorite posts to look at on other blogs are those that divulge decorating tips or give me a glimpse into different styles of decor. This ultimately has inspired me to start a little series in which I show you a part of my room or apartment to share how I decorate and give tips on what does and doesn't work for me.

The first thing I wanted to focus on is my dresser. This is how I set up my dresser in my bedroom at home. To me, dressers are something that can be so girly and feminine and I love making mine unique and personal. I'm constantly looking for ways to change it up.

A dainty jewelry box, several style books, summery candle and endless perfumes.

LC is always helping me stay stylish :)

I store my perfumes and body sprays in an acrylic organizer from The Container Store for the time being. I'm looking to get a mirrored tray to place everything on, but I just haven't found the perfect one yet.

I like to have my jewelry out on display so I know what my options are. Otherwise, it will never get worn! This jewelry tree is from PBteen from forever ago, but they still have several similar pieces.

This shelf hangs directly above my dresser. I love that it has both personal and decorative touches. Some favorites include my Capri Blue Volcano candle and my tissue paper poms.
